Sometimes our verification system does not work properly with certain US phone numbers as well. If you have a US phone number and still are having difficulty, here are a couple of solutions that may work:

If your phone does not ring after submitting your phone number, sometimes waiting a few seconds and then picking up your phone receiver (without hearing your phone ring) will allow you to hear the system giving you your verification code.

If this is the case, you may need to hear the message over again. The system will prompt you to press a certain number on your phone pad and then the recording will give you your verification code again.

To test and see if this is the solution to your verification issue, you will need to register once again and enter your correct phone number. Then wait a few seconds and lift up your receiver to hear the message as described above.

If you are having problems with the verification number the system has given you, be sure you are using a US phone number (preferably a landline). Sometimes cellular phones give the verification system problems as well. Do not place any spaces before or after the number you submit. These are the usual reasons why the number given to you through the system becomes invalid. You will need to start the registration process over and try again.
